Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. If a package is returned due to carrier error or damage in transit, we will resend your order at no extra cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages

Rare Beauty Market is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Multiple Shipments

Split Orders

Backordered Items

If an item becomes temporarily unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you with an estimated restock date. You may choose to wait for the item to ship together with the rest of your order, receive available items first with the backordered item shipped later at no extra cost, or cancel the backordered item for a prompt refund.
